Gardening hats offer ample shade for your head when you work. You can more clearly see your environment and you won’t feel as hot. Fan

While you’d normally use a thermos to keep hot water hot, you can also similarly keep cold water cold with it, too. This means that you can fill the thermos with cold, refreshing water before you enter the garden and you’ll have instant access to that same water whenever you like. Even if you don’t go out often, having a thermos can be handy for gardening, so it’s worth having nonetheless.
It’s important to remember to keep the thermos closed when you’re not drinking. It can only keep the cold water cold as long as there’s no way for the heat to enter the thermos, and this can only happen if you leave the thermos open. If you want your cold water to stay nice and cool, be sure to close the thermos at all times.
