Sunken hose pot

By: Garden Gate staff
Tired of tripping over your hose? Here’s a hassle-free storage idea.

Sunken hose pot

Want to leave your garden hose attached to the spigot and accessible all summer, yet disguise it inconspicuously? Sink a terra-cotta-colored plastic planter near the faucet. The hose will curl up in the container perfectly and unwind easily. Drainage holes in the planter keep it from filling with water, and it’s plastic, so it won’t crack in the winter when the hose is finally put away.
