Easier sticky traps
Yellow sticky traps are a go-to solution to get a whitefly infestation under control. To keep the sheets’ gooey coating from covering your hands, though, skip the plastic stakes in the package.
Instead, use wider plant label holders as a mess-free way to secure the traps. Lay one holder on a flat surface and peel back the protective layer from one side of the paper and press the other side down firmly. Then peel off the remaining protective paper and push the whole thing into your container, like at left.
