‘Shock-o-Lat’ sunflower (Helianthus annuus)
What we love: The huge — up to 6-in. wide — richly colored blooms of this sunflower are pollen-free, so they’re perfect to cut for bouquets. ‘Shock-o-Lat’ sets buds on multiple branches, too, which will give you several flowers on each plant. Just expect some variation — no two blooms have the same exact coloring.
